Hi, I’m Florence — founder of CoachingGo, a platform offering consulting, coaching, and retreats to help individuals and companies navigate transitions, burnout, cultural relocation, and leadership challenges.

Like many leaders in today’s corporate world, I’ve experienced burnout, identity shifts, and the deep need to reconnect with purpose. I know what it takes to reset and realign — and how powerful the right support can be during those pivotal transitions.

I’ve spent over 15 years in top global ad agencies like Publicis and IPG, working from the bottom to leading multi-million dollar accounts for brands like Nestlé, Sanofi, P&G, Unilever, or Google. 

With a life lived across continents and a background in content production, business strategy, and conscious leadership practices, I bring a rare cross-disciplinary lens to leadership and personal growth.

My practice is offering cultural leadership coaching, mentoring and consulting for leaders navigating global assignments, while also organising retreats for leaders helping them — Quit with Clarity or Lead Without Breaking.

My long-term vision is to grow CoachingGo into a global community where creatives, coaches, and leaders can reset, realign, and lead with purpose — blending career, culture, and conscious living into one powerful flow.
